Faced with the prospect , yesterday, of either walking my slightly sniffly daughter to nursery through the snow or settling down to watch a potentially interesting German serial killer movie, I took the latter, shabbier option - phoned the school to say she had a temperature (well, she was very flushed and hot)and collapsed on the sofa to indulge in some vicarious murder.

Nice Pix. Got caught knee deep in snow up in Birmingham but got out OK. It's not the place you want to be snowed into.
